Key Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and customize Oracle Fusion Financials applications to meet CSG requirements.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
Collaborate with clients to understand their financial processes and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures related to Oracle Fusion Financials.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams on Oracle Fusion Financials functionalities.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Fusion Financials features, updates, and best practices.
Assist in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
Provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials.
Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Financials modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management, Intercompany, ONESOURCE
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Oracle certification in Fusion Financials is a plus.
Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance. NYC generally ranges; $155,365-$194,206 CA generally ranges; $162,120-$202,650 All other locations fall under our General State range; $135,100-$168,875 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work. U.S. based employees are typically offered access to healthcare, life insurance and disability benefits, 401(k) plan and company match, among others.
