Summary
The Systems Integration Manager (SIM) will lead our efforts in enabling, troubleshooting, and providing technical consulting on Deel’s integration products. This role is pivotal in leveraging the full potential of our product suite while ensuring seamless integration experiences for our customers, from SMB to enterprise levels. You will often employ a project management approach to guide both external customers and internal teams through the integration process.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for Success and Onboarding teams on integrations and API issues
Act as the escalation point for unresolved customer integration and API questions
Manage and troubleshoot integration issues, collaborating with internal teams to find solutions
Oversee customer integration projects from planning to execution, including requirements, strategy, and testing
Develop tailored integration plans and schedules based on client needs
Work with the Integrations and API Product team to address common challenges
Maintain deep knowledge of Deel’s product suite and its integrations
Create and update internal and external resources for self-serve integrations
Communicate regularly with Onboarding Managers and CSMs about project status and issues
Guide customers through integration, troubleshooting, and ensuring successful deployment
Qualifications
2-5 years in Technical Consulting, Implementation Project Management, or Support in a B2B SaaS environment
Strong understanding of API integrations
Proven project management skills with a proactive, action-oriented approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with senior client stakeholders and internal teams
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Experience with HRIS and ERP systems like QuickBooks, NetSuite, Workday and SAP
Familiarity with SQL or other query languages is a plus
