Senior Solution Consultant – Singapore
Opportunity with a Market Leader (10 years in a row Gartner Magic Quadrant) in the Customer Experience (CX) space wanting to bring on experienced Customer Experience Practitioners.

Presales Solution Value Realization (VSER) / Consultative Selling (Art of the Possible / AOP)
Focus on bookings- revenue growth (NNARR) and Cross sell / Upsell Solution engagements.
Presales Consulting across Contact Centre CX, DX and EX Transformation, AI Routing / Engagement and Workforce Management, Outcome driven performance improvement and business transformation.
"Trusted Advisor" for Customers leveraging industry knowledge best practices & proven Ops practices. (i.e. CX, Digital and Employee Experience Transformation methodologies)
Perform Discovery (CX Safari), Analysis and Map a Customer's Compelling need for change and address Customer’s requirement with Genesys Solutions (purpose fit, outcome driven to deliver Business Results)
You’ve been there and done this…
5+ years' experience in selling SaaS solutions focused on business outcomes for enterprise-grade companies; experience in CCaaS / Customer Experience (CX) / Customer Relationship Management (CRM) / Contact Centre Operation / Digital Engagement Platforms are a plus.
Contact Centre (i.e. Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, NICE, AWS Connect, etc..)
Customer Experience (i.e. Sprinklr)
Customer Relationship Management (i.e. SalesForce, ServiceNow, PEGA, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, etc…)
Digital Platforms (i.e. Adobe)
Cloud Providers (i.e. AWS)
Network (i.e. Connectivity)
Deep understanding of Technology concepts related to Cloud, CX and SAAS
Advance skills in business presentation and value Demos
Experience in conducting and coordinating Solution Technical and Business Requirements due diligence
Advance Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in collecting competitive intelligence and mapping market/industry segments
Desirable Skills:
Responsible (taking ownership) and accountable for successful delivery of Presales Consulting Engagement creating highly satisfied customers.
Innovative, willing and able to learn / absorb / adapt, apply Skills / Knowledge to challenge Business Status Quo to grow professionally
Able to Travel across ASIA Region to engage and connect with Different work cultures
English (Fluent) and Secondary Language (Fluent in any Key Asian Language/s)
