ClickUp is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Online Forum Moderator with a strong understanding of our productivity platform to join our dynamic team. As a ClickUp Forum Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our online community by moderating discussions, enforcing community guidelines, and fostering a safe and educational environment. Your expertise in ClickUp's features and functionalities will be pivotal in guiding users and promoting product proficiency within the community.
Key Duties:
- Maintain friendly, productive, and constructive online forums, ensuring discussions remain focused and on-topic.
- Actively engage with the community by posting questions, answers, and informative content.
- Promote learning and growth among users, providing expert advice on ClickUp's features and best practices.
- Collecting and reporting product trends or bugs for escalation.
- Keep forums organized, tidy, and moderated, including assisting with their setup, maintenance, and overall organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of online platforms, including forums, chat forums, social media groups, and bulletin boards.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, applicants, and coworkers to swiftly resolve issues and answer product-related inquiries.
- Develop and administer social media content calendars, ensuring consistent and valuable community engagement.
- Measure and report on social media ROI, providing insights into community growth and content effectiveness.
- Monitor, report and escalate product feedback trends and bug reports.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable expertise in ClickUp's product suite with the ability to educate and assist users effectively.
- At least 2 years of experience in moderation for a SaaS platform or product feedback forums.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills with a knack for clear and empathetic interactions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain flexibility regarding work schedule.
- Proven track record of monitoring online participant behavior and escalating reports of inappropriate conduct to management.
