About the team/role
We are looking for a Financial Planning & Strategy Sr. Analyst, Go-to-Market to help drive strategic business initiatives and deliver critical insights to company leadership. The ideal candidate has experienced success in a dynamic, high-growth, and fast-paced environment, brings a quantitative, data-driven mindset, and should have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Comfort interacting at all levels of senior management (including VP, SVP, and C-suite) is a must.
What you’ll do
- Operations: Serve as the go-to financial partner for Operations leadership (Customer Support and other customer-facing support functions).
- Budget Mgmt: Own budget management and reporting for the Go-to-Market Org., actively collaborating with leadership to identify and implement efforts that drive operational efficiencies.
- Sales Insights & Analysis: Deliver data-driven business insights, primarily focused on driving ROI across our Sales organization.
- Exec Reporting: Own sections of our monthly close financial reporting to the Executive team.
- Revenue Reporting and Forecasting: Develop reporting and forecasting that provide a fundamental understanding of our business drivers and offer actionable insights to improve business performance.
- Planning: Assist in long-range and annual planning processes by defining strategic priorities, goals, OKRs, and investment areas.
What you bring
- 4+ years of experience in some combination of Investment Banking, Finance, BizOps. Experience with B2B SaaS, especially usage-based business models or businesses that have real COGS, is a meaningful plus.
- Expert-level forecasting and modeling ability.
- Experience in identifying business insights through analytics and driving meaningful outcomes.
- Experience with SQL, Looker (or other BI tools), and Salesforce or willingness to learn.
- Fervor for B2B business models and the broader market landscape.
- Energized by cultivating collaborative working relationships and driving inclusive problem-solving.
- Thrive in an environment where given the opportunity to work autonomously and solve ambiguous problems.

The base salary range for this role is $118,975 to $139,971 in San Francisco, CA.
